Lupini "Head" Keto Pizza Crust

  • Ingredients

    * 1 cup Aviate Lupini flour

    * 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

    * 1 tbs cream cheese

    * 1 egg

    * 1/4 cup warm water

    * 1/4 tsp xanthan gum

    * 1/4 tsp salt

    * 1 tsp herbs (optional)

    Preparation

    Directions:

    Melt both cheeses in microwave for 45- 60 seconds.

    Add flour, egg, xanthan gum, salt, and herbs in a medium bowl.

    Add melted cheeses and warm water to bowl and stir until dough forms

    Roll out thinly in-between parchment paper.

    Bake for 12 min at 375 Deg.

    Take out, add sauce of choice toppings and bake for another 10 min or until cooked.
