Spanish Lupini Flake 'Rice'

1/2 cup lupini flakes
1.5 cups chicken bone broth
2 tablespoons avocado oil
2 garlic cloves minced
2 green onions minced
1 teaspoon minced cilantro
1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce


Simmer 2 tablespoons of avocado oil, garlic, green onions, cilantro in a pan and for a few minutes. Then add chili garlic sauce, broth and lupini flakes and simmer down until all the broth is evaporated. Garnish with fresh cilantro. Optional:  Add another tablespoon of chili garlic sauce if you like it extra spicy!
