Healthy Apple Pie Protein Bowl

Ingredients
½ Cup Aviate Lupini Flakes
¼ Cup Organic Rolled Oats
2 TSP Ground Cinnamon
1 TSP Chia Seeds
2 TBSP Raisins
1 TBSP Maple Syrup or Honey
1 Medium Apple Diced
1 Cup or so of Plant Based Milk
Toppings of choice: coconut flakes, hemp seeds, peanut butter, chocolate
Preparation
Place all ingredients, except for toppings and either place in bowl or in a pot.
If desired warm, cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes until liquid is soaked up. (You can add more milk)
Top with your toppings of choice and enjoy!
