Healthy Apple Pie Protein Bowl

  • ½ Cup Aviate Lupini Flakes
  • ¼ Cup Organic Rolled Oats
  • 2 TSP Ground Cinnamon
  • 1  TSP Chia Seeds
  • 2  TBSP Raisins
  • 1 TBSP Maple Syrup or Honey
  • 1 Medium Apple Diced
  • 1 Cup or so of Plant Based Milk
  • Toppings of choice: coconut flakes, hemp seeds, peanut butter, chocolate


  • Place all ingredients, except for toppings and either place in bowl or in a pot.
  • If desired warm, cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes until liquid is soaked up. (You can add more milk)
  • Top with your toppings of choice and enjoy!
